You will be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of software engineers, bioinformaticians, scientists, and clinicians, and play a key role in the continued development of our platform. You combine strong technical skills with a genuine interest in the impact your work has on cancer research and patient care.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What You Will Do<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will help drive the development of our platform and actively contribute to its architecture, quality, and future readiness:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with a cross-functional team of scientists, clinicians, and engineers to design, develop, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the platform. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to implement new features and functionality, and improve existing components.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop algorithms and data processing pipelines to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets, working closely with data scientists and analysts to integrate molecular and clinical data into the platform.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with external partners and third-party vendors to integrate external systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and high data quality between different systems.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify&nbsp;areas for improvement and optimization within the&nbsp;platform, and&nbsp;contribute to architecture and design discussions to enhance its capabilities and scalability.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and robustness of the platform. Perform rigorous testing and debugging to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and resolve issues&nbsp;in a timely manner.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up to date with advancements in cancer research, bioinformatics, and software engineering, and proactively propose&nbsp;new technologies, tools, and methodologies.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What You Bring<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are a driven software engineer with a strong technical foundation and an interest in healthcare:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or&nbsp;Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced industry or healthcare-related domain. Strong&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in Java and\/or Kotlin is desirable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with data processing and analysis techniques, including working with large datasets, relational databases, and data modeling.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of bioinformatics, genomics, or molecular biology is&nbsp;advantageous.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, agile methodologies, and best practices for writing maintainable and efficient code.
