DR-436 Identification of metastatic drivers in breast cancer
Metastasis represents a significant clinical challenge in hormone receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancer. To investigate the genetic drivers of relapse and treatment resistance in metastasis, we will integrate data from the Hartwig Medical Foundation Database with findings from an in vitro CRISPR drop-out screen, which has identified potential candidate genes involved in metastasis mechanisms.
