DR-358 Spatial and longitudinal heterogeneity of liver tumors across ages shaped by interaction between genetics and environment
We aim to decipher the clonal and phenotypic evolution of liver tumors based on genomic analysis of large cohorts (our French cohort LICA-FR as well as the PCAWG and Hartwig cohort), including paired analysis (multiple tumors from the same patient) and unpaired analysis (comparing primary and relapses/metastases at the cohort level). We will especially analyze the effect of the environment, including dietary expositions (Aflatoxin B1, aristolochic acid) as well as chemotherapy. The influence of germline polymorphisms and mutations will also be taken into account.
