DR-392 Targeting Genetic Alterations Associated with Metastatic Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma
We aim to perform an integrated analysis of the genetic alterations associated with metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and subsequently explore novel therapeutic strategies with our patient-derived ccRCC pre-clinical models. We aim to use the tumuor genetic profiling data from multiple studies, including the WGS data from the Hartwig ccRCC cohort. We expect to generate results with novel information on the patient prognosis and the subsequent theraptic intervention.
