DR-513 PIP-PREDICT: External validation of biomarkers of immunotherapy response in metastatic melanoma
This project aims to validate predictive biomarker models developed in a clinical trial (NCT06536257) by analysing independent patient data obtained through an online portal. The data include de‑identified clinical information, laboratory measurements, and treatment outcomes. By testing how well these models predict patient responses and disease progression in a new dataset, we aim to confirm their reliability and broader usefulness. This work is directly relevant to patients, as it supports the development of tools that can guide personalised treatment decisions, improve outcomes, and ensure that therapies are better matched to individual patient profiles.
